We do our best to keep shipping fair and affordable while making sure your order arrives safely. Because we are a small business, our rates reflect the actual cost of shipping, and some items may require extra fees to arrive securely.

• Orders are prepared and shipped within 2–4 business days after payment.
• Weekend/holiday orders process the next business day.
• If we anticipate a delay, we’ll notify you promptly.

Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship to U.S. territories, APO/FPO, or international destinations at this time.

Shipping Rates

• Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.
• We use trusted carriers to balance speed, safety, and cost.
• Remote/rural addresses may include carrier surcharges.

Oversized, Heavy, or Fragile Items

Some products require special packaging or exceed standard carrier limits. If additional shipping charges apply after checkout, we’ll contact you with the updated cost before shipment. You may approve the new rate or cancel affected items for a full refund.

Free Shipping Offers

• Free shipping (when offered) applies only to eligible orders within the continental U.S.
• Oversized/heavy/fragile items may be excluded even if your order meets the threshold.

Unexpected Carrier Cost Changes

If carriers add or change fees (e.g., fuel surcharges, dimensional weight, remote delivery), we may reach out with an updated cost. If you don’t approve, we may cancel and refund your order.

Delivery Times

After shipment, typical delivery is 2–7 business days depending on location. Dates are estimates and can be affected by weather, holidays, and other carrier delays outside our control.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once a package leaves our facility, the carrier is responsible for delivery. We are not liable for delays, loss, or damage in transit, but we’re happy to help you begin a carrier claim.
